The Process

Every TreeFish Copper piece begins as raw copper sheet and is transformed by hand through a combination of traditional craftsmanship an modern metalworking techniques.

Raw Copper

Every piece begins as a sheet of solid copper selected for its quality and character.

Cutting & Forming

The copper is cut an carefully shaped by hand. No molds are used, allowing each piece to develop its own unique form.

Hammering & Texture

Texture is created through hundreds of hammer strikes, giving depth, movement, and individuality to the surface.

Patina & Color

Select pieces receiv hand-applied patinas that react with the copper to create rich, organic colors.

Finishing & Protection

Each piece is sanded, refined, and sealed to preserve its beauty while allowing the copper to continue developing character over time.

The Finished Piece

The result is a one-of-a-kind heirloom designed to be used, displayed, and passed down.
